The Great Everglades floral skirt

Optional Waist tie. At rest, elastic skirt waist band is 15 inches across, hips are about 20 1/2 inches across and total length is about 35 1/2 inches. I'm also selling the matching top in a size 3. I will gladly bundle for you and give you a discount! The tag says size 2 but their tags and sizing goes one, two, three so it's like a medium.
