The Gourmet Cookbook published in 1950.

The book is showing wear but is still intact. The pages have yellowed but are very clean, no markings or stains or rips. The binding should be fixed before it starts coming apart. The recipes are very entertaining, some concoctions I’m glad I didn’t have to eat. And there’s no jacket.
