The Footchair Plus arch supports - slim. Slim for dress shoes or small shoes. Unisex sizing: W: 7-8.5 M: 5-6.5 Posted stock pics and website info from Amazon, which is where I had bought them. No real tag (cause it’s Amazon), but package is still sealed. Hard to get a good picture with the plastic.
