Oh, that's too bad. I thought the PT might indicate petite, but it's the total opposite. I'm 5'5" with proportional lower leg, those would be too tall. I had a pair years ago, I wore them until they fell apart, they were great boots.

Actually, are you measuring from the bottom of the heel to the outside top? Is it closer to 18" if measuring inside?
