This is brand new without the tags. I thought i would use when I got extensions but I preferred getting blowouts and only had extensions short time (I miss them so much though!) but this is in “like new” condition. Tried it once on a few strands but again I preferred to just have salon do blowouts so I ended up not needing it but this was top recommended!
