The cover is in good condition with normal pre-owned shelf wear as pictured. I believe the sleeve is the original sleeve. **I am not a professional album grader. The album is from a family member's personal collection. I have not cleaned the album, I will leave that up to you as I know some people are picky about how and what to use to clean their albums.
