trishlorie @swcowgirl the XL fits my arms, chest, back perfectly but too short and tight round my butt so that's why I have on the XXL. My Butt is Big, I'm 5'4 197 pounds.. I normally wear a XL, 1X and maybe a 2X depending on the cut and fit.. I hope this helps u
