The Coolest & Genuinely One of a Kind Vintage Handmade Open Tie Dress w/ Feathers on Bust ▪️Size: Recommended for size Small-Medium ▪️Measurements: (taken lying flat) Pit to: 15.5” (can be worn open or tied closed) Total Length: 38” ▪️Pair this baby with some cut off jean shorts and you are festival ready! This is a one unique find, but cute as heck. ▪️The “dress” can be untied and left fully open or closed up with the two ties on the bust. ▪️After some googling, I believe these are pheasant feathers. They are well attacked to the garment and will not easily fall off. (I have not lost a single feather yet) ▪️Presumably a handmade item, the dress appears consistent with 90’s era fashion.
