The Complete Book of Running by James F. Fixx

In his book, The Complete Book of Running, author James F. Fixx tells you everything you ever wanted to know about running plus a whole lot more. This is a great book for the novice as well as the self-coached runner & was a best seller. It is in good overall condition, but is beginning to show its age. The book jacket has a few minor tears at the top and the exterior hard covers of the book show some fading. The interior, however, is in great shape with no marks, creases, tears, etc.
