dshop2021 @lydstur hello. It comes with the case and the cleopatra case cardboard cover but it’s not a box . It has no defects . The case cover is somewhat shown in the picture. It’s a wrap cover, (sleeve) then comes with the zip storage case .

dshop2021 @lydstur all is included . I may need to reprint instructions . I am selling because I am not consistent unfortunately with using tools regularly to see results . You have to be consistent..

lydstur @dshop2021 one more question. Do you have to use it everyday for 15-30 minutes?

dshop2021 @lydstur no prob! the instructions say "enjoy for 15 minutes a day". it does have auto shut off. I believe similar masks recommend at least 4 to 5 days a week so it should be used as often a possible. This mask has the other dif color lights so technically you could end up wearing it for longer if you are using the dif colors besides the red as well
