Button on flat front & Back is elastic waist. 2 front Pockets. Belt Loops. 100% Cotton RN 59284 Machine wash warm separately Inside Out with Like colors. Tumble Dry low, Warm Iron when necessary. Can't find anything stating where made. Approximately 16 inches long from back waist. Approximately 23.5 inches Un-stretched around waist. Looks like stretches up to 29 inches. Pill on. Button does unbutton
