The American Shirt Dress

Rust and light robins egg blue 1980’s shirt dress. Belt loops but no belt. Shoulder pads. Pockets. Pattern on bottom is bias cut for lots of movement. You can wear a fluffy petticoat underneath for more fluff. I wore it with a 50’s sweater, hat and heels and feel like it still looked period.
