@shoeamor.., Not yet, I have one unique case here, maybe you can help me. I had one customer, she ordered Custom cards, then she open a case because she got a hat intead of cards, so I was confused what happened I remember designed, printed and cut them, and the hat is not even mine...but..

@sasih7 wait what??? Hat? Like real hat? Not printed on cards hat? I recently had two cases when buyers claimed I sent them damaged item. Which I didn’t. So now I believe in everything! I try to find some reason why client would say that, but I have nothing. I’m sorry! Either somebody changed the package (why????) or she didn’t like cards but then why not to tell you?

@shoeamor..Yes, a real cheap hat.., the poshmark refund her money and give my money. Then last week the cards show up on my mailbox repack and rewrite the address by post office I tried to contact the buyer but looks like she blocked me.., so that just the wirdest thing look like somebody changed the package.., I feel like i need to let her know..

@sasih7 oh this is strange. And I know how you feel about being blocked and not being able to explain yourself. Been there. I’m sorry, but just let it go! If she blocked you that’s her problem not yours. You’re a great seller!! And I can testify it every day!

@sasih7 I know you are!!! That’s what good people feel!!! And she shouldn’t block you! At all. If I was her I would assume even I worst case scenario your packages got mixed up (I know it’s not the case) and I would wait to explain everything. People are really weird these days even on Poshmark 😉
