louise_may @sandradwheeler Just being recommended to new Poshers is pretty cool. Winning followers is only good if they actually have some kind of money to spend. They give us an average of 20-50 new followers a month. And start us off with around 300.

louise_may @sandradwheeler I currently have over 140k followers… I do not play follow games or follow many people period. I did very well in 2018- 2019.. with less than 50k followers. I had 2 closets running to keep low ballers out of the more expensive closet. After watching the market for the last couple of years, in the individual categories on Poshmark… I have learned that one must diversify. Decorative home goods have been out selling everything else since the pandemic found it’s way to the US.

It’s a good idea to put more pricey items in a different closet. I may do that. I have a diamond and gold necklace I need to list, but I don’t see your basic Posher spending $2000 on a necklace, ya know?

But then I ran into two different closets who listed by color and I was hooked.. The goal is to get the public to view all listings.. and to keep them interested enough to do so. Now I rack and store items by color to insure that this remains easy to accomplish.. I got this down. 🌸

With the new Poshmark tools and having the ability to see who and how many people are actively looking in my closet.. I am now much more motivated to bring in more traffic.. Because the number of followers ones has does not matter if they are not even looking at ones listings. ✌️🌸

I join the party and share everyone’s listings in the party, to my followers. Those people are live at that time.. and they share back, like crazy.. Boutique, Men, electronics and makeup tend not to share back, like the rest so I now avoid those.
