Hi Manish,
I just had an idea 💡 and wanted to mention it to you. My 💡 moment was about the recipients of items from Poshmark, other than the actual buyer being unable to “reposh” the items currently, unless they have the actual buyer do it for them. I know many more would feel safety in purchasing gifts to send to loved ones if they could somehow, easily reposh them…

Would it be difficult to provide a link the recipient could use to reposh an item? It could be included in the shipment or be added to both the buyer’s and seller’s order info in case the recipient lost the link. It’s just an idea, and of course so are digital and physical gift cards.

I have a recommendation for the policy makers please: 10 Days to ship is TOO LONG. Even 7 Days is too long. Kindly ask them to return to the 7 day policy.

I just received the email about the new tax reporting for 2022. Many of us currently use a few popular accounting methods. The one I use is GoDaddy Bookkeeping because It automatically integrates from the other top marketplaces including Amz.

It makes everything so much easier when not having to do it all manually, as you can imagine. Is there going to be a time soon that we will be able to integrate our Poshmark sales, related fees, sale taxes and shipping expenses into GoDaddy Bookkeeping? 🙏

Hello Manish. Does the people on your team normally ignore their sellers when they open a case against buyers damaging their products? My last two emails went unanswered by your team. This is ridiculous to pay 20% fee and be ignored

Very disappointed in your team and the amount of emails I sent, about false claims made on my items and about them not reviewing my case properly. About my item being intentionally damaged and your team just ignoring my request.

Just go back to the way it was, your sellers are unanimously telling you it’s not working , sales are dropping SIGNIFICANTLY
Sellers will leave, there are other options out there for sellers. We don’t want to leave but this is not sustainable….hours of work with no sales is EXTREMELY frustrating

@jenee2222 my posh friends are right with you! we all noticed something changed recently & we were like YEAH!! we all had a great 2 weeks- (well, they did) then poof, nothing! back to being slow!! so frustrating 🥲 i have a full time job- i cant always be on top of everything, every day…i try my best & it’s never enough 🥲! 🙏
