Thalian, high waisted, pin striped pants

Thalian, High waisted, pin striped pants. Black and gray in color. Made of a thick rayon / nylon/polyester/spandex blend. Tag says it's a size 4, I also measured 28 in around waistline not stretched out and 36 in from top of pant to bottom of him.
