It is a sculptural / pleated dress that can dress up or down and go anywhere with the right belt bag and shoes, it’s comfortable half open over a bikini with its self belt, or completely open with the belt tied in back over a bikini or bra top and jeans. It also looks cute as a shift, and also works open with no belt like a duster over this seasons body hugging rompers and catsuits. The fabric is very unusual and pretty.
