grace31984 @chazerei hello! There are no flaws or soiling or damage. Length I will have to measure. Apologies as I am out of town until September 8th. I can give you the length measurements when I am back. Sorry about that! I am 5'4 and from my natural waist the skirt hits right above mid thigh.

grace31984 @chazerei hello! The length of the skirt in the front is 15.5 inches, and 18 inches in the back. The waist is 13 and 3/4 inches across. It is very stretchy in the waist! I have a 28 inch waist and it fits there just fine. Let me know if you have any other questions!
