Textured icy blue Topshop miniskirt!

New with tags, size US 4, ice blue is one of this seasons hottest colors and the added ripple texture hits on the early 2000s trend too. I’m often between a 4-6, but my hips and butt just won’t work in this cute little number! Hoping it will for someone else!
