Textured embroidered tunic(dress?)

Long tunic short dress (?) boho gray v neck tunic with front embroidered hem and sleeves embroidered with birds and flowers in teal, mustard yellow, deep orange and cream measuring 20 1/2” ptp, 20” sleeves, 28 1/2” center back to hem. Fabric content tag is missing but it appears to be a textured cotton blend with some stretch. No flaws noted would be cute with denim or leggings. Boho hippie festival
