Terrible condition interesting color/pattern Nike AF1 Size M7.5 W9? Mystery Shoe

I know sneaker heads are after condition and I’ll admit these are in terrible condition but the pattern (gray croc) on the leather is interesting so thought someone might be interested. Maybe they’re Men’s (approx 7) or maybe they’re Women’s (approx 9) I can’t tell because all the tag info is invisible to me (see pic). Are these Air Force 1’s a holy grail shoe? I don’t think so but you can have them for $25
