Is this dress new with tags, used, altered, etc.? Any rips tears, stains, flaws, etc.?

Worn one time to my daughters wedding this past June. It has not been altered in any way and is in like new condition. Purchased NWT at a Boutique in Lexington, Ky and that was the actual price I paid $960 plus tax.

Is the skirt more a-line or fuller due to the tulle? Also, would you accept a return if the dress did not fit?

Thank you for your inquiry. Yes, the dress in more a-line and a little fuller due to the tulle. I didn't feel it added bulk if that makes sense. I felt very elegant. Unfortunately I do not accept returns.
