It is technically an off the shoulder, but could be worn strapless if you prefer… if you can tell around the bosom the toulle appears to be a bit more dense, that is where the “cap sleeve” is hanging. From armpit to armpit across (side seam to side seam), it measures 18 &1/2 inches(: open to reasonable offers!

mc_morgann @ksciasci from armpit to floor, it measures 56 inches, rib cage area(under bosom) is 16 inches and it widens to about 21 inches in the hip area. I’m not a seamstress so these are rough measurements, ai can say it has never been altered so it is just as it came from online. This dress was also my aunts she purchased for her daughters wedding she never wore so it is not my size to try on for fit reference. Hope this helps a little.
