NWT. The fabric of this well-constructed party dress absolutely shimmers. Collar neckline gently folds off the shoulders. Cap sleeves are adorned with beads and ostrich feathers. 7” back slit. Back zipper & hook closure. 36” from top of back collar to bottom of dress. This dress is elegance at its best. Excellent condition.
