Terani Couture Strapless Dress w Amazing Details

Terani Couture black cocktail dress is strapless. It has pleating details, a side slit and an embellished origami flower like detail. The fabric is poly. Worn once. In excellent pre-owned condition except the tear in one of the pleats. See photo 4. This can easily be fixed by tacking it down beneath the top pleat. There are internal snaps as there was straps but unfortunately I misplaced them. The dress is a size 2.
