Ter Et Bantine Black Sleeveless Trapeze Dress

Black tank dress with a Trapeze silhouette. Stiffer fabric that appears to be a cotton and linen blend (material tag is faded, so I can't read it). Side pockets. Side slits that may be for a belt? Raw hem on bottom. One small flaw-- seam needs to be sewn under one arm (see last photo). Approximate measurements: 16" chest, 40.5" length.
