@cheystone7 hello! Per the website, the length is L/XL: 12.5-18.5 Inch…it has little clasps like bras do to make more lose or tight fit. I hope this helps!

@kfrangos1991 does not need a charger, the battery is replaceable and needs a CR2032 battery per the temp drop website. It’s generation 1
