Telletubbies Hat Cap Child Size VTG 2000 Rag Doll Original Elastic

Hat is in good condition. Dated 2000 on inside and is a child's size. I see 2 very faint and small spots on the top and on outside brim. The inside ban has some discoloration with age, I have cleaned it. Non smoking home.
