Tellason's "Elgin" slim fit jean in Japanese selvage. Worn once, never washed. This is a great pair of classic jeans. They fit a little larger than the tag size. The mid-rise fit puts them a little higher on the hips. The denim is sanforized so it shouldn't shrink and should stretch a bit with more wear. Made with Tellson's proprietary Kaihara Japanese red line raw selvage denim (sanforized) 14.75 oz fabric weight. Measurements as follows, all measurements taken with a cloth tape measure and the garment lying flat with buttons closed. I don't stretch the fabric when measuring. Waist (straight across): 17" Inseam (bar tack to hem): 36" Thigh (about a hand's width below bar tack): 10.5" Leg Opening (straight across): 7.25" Front Rise (bar tack to top of hem at fly): 11.5" Rear Rise (measured from front, bar tack to top of rear waist): 15"
