Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Raphael Toy

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Raphael strikes a fierce pose for this 6” plastic toy. A fun figurine for fans to decorate with! Although the AAA battery compartment is clean, I could not get it to work when I put fresh batteries in. Not sure if it is supposed to light up or makes noise.
