Teen small homecoming dress lace up back blue green new macys

The dress is new with tags from Macy’s. The tag says the color is a blue, but I would call it more of a blue green. The back is kind of like a ballerina shoe lace up. You can set it to as tight as you want, as much as you want. Very adjustable so fits a range of sizes. The bust area has pads built into it, back zipper. Is a size small I would consider it like a two. I could not return. It was too many days didn’t realize they had such a short window for returning. Brand is B Darlin. They still sell it new in store.
