Teen Vogue cutout maxi dress

-never been worn/still has tags attached! -the floral pattern on the top/waist trim is suede -cutouts on the waist -liner underneath -I bought this on clearance so there is some slight discoloration on the bottom of the dress but should come out after a wash -there’s also two buttons in the back that are missing/loose -please see all pics attached!
