Teen Moschino black velvet & white patterned dress

This teen dress size 14 designed by Moschino in 2011 collection is NWT. The patterned black and white pops with the black velvet design. It is adorned with a side bow on the collar with a faux gem in the center. It has a side zip and two pockets at the hip. Can fit very petite moms or it can be transformed into a skirt. Stunning.
