Teen Miss Dorothy costume- brand new never worn

Brand new California Costume teen miss Dorothy. Size :teen however it is more fitted for a pre-teen. Bought online but it didn't fit so it has never been worn! Still in bag! These in stores sell for $45-55. School dress code appropriate. Zip closure in back, all one piece item with the petticoat built in but could wear an additional one without a problem. Apron is attatched. Ribbons on corset can be tightened or loosened to adjust.
