Ted Baker pinstripe work dress NWOT

Gorgeous navy blue Ted Baker work dress. Top portion is blousy and bottom is like a pencil skirt (navy and white pinstripe). I bought this dress to wear to work post partum, but took the tags off too soon and then when it came time to wear it, it was too big. Someone needs this dress, it’s gorgeous and so classy! The size is “4” in Ted Baker (their sizes run 1-4), but it fits like a typical women’s size 8/10
