melaniehoffm813 would you mind re-checking the measurements of this bag please. I believe it's the bag my friend has (which I had wanted to order), and hers measures 11" tall by 15" wide by 4" deep. Please advise. And I am also confirming that this bag is NEW with tags?? Thank you.
