Ted Baker Juleen Boucle Neon Pink Mini Skirt

Boucle front design, 2 side pockets, contrast neon back, gold tone zipper, fully lined. Excellent condition with no signs of wear. Ted Baker size 1 = US SIZE 4. 2 small dots that COULD be stains. They are visible in the 2 up close photos of the neon. So small and unnoticeable it was hardly worth mentioning, but I want to be transparent.
