This is a timeless romantic rose floral fit and flare dress by Ted baker in a small measuring 16”13”19” and it’s 36” long. The fabric has a scuba like thickness and holds the flare beautifully. The upper portion has gorgeous red roses imprinted on a black background and the skirt is black. The sides are slightly lower- like a dropped waist in the sides only. It has a 21” exposed gold zipper in back. Just beautiful.

mistybaby723 Hi Raelyne, hope you have been well, can you tell me if this dress has stretch at the bust, a 32 would be to small for me, gorgeous dress, as most everything you have, Thanks Liz

raelyneruff @mistybaby723 hi Liz, it is beautiful. The dress is made of a scuba like fabric. I’ve recently lost a lot of weight and my bust now measures 37”, so I tried it on and, while I was able to zip it up, I could never wear it-too tight. So there’s definitely stretch and 35”/36” would probably be your maximum.
