Ted Baker Dress w/Pleated Skirt & Tee Top & Drawstring Waist. Ted Baker Size 1 = US Size 4.
This dress is super comfortable and super flattering. I wore it to an outdoor/summer fundraiser with floral sneakers, and also to a more formal event with heels. The white top is tee-shirt material - very soft and comfortable. It is slightly dingy around the armpits but 1) not noticeable on and 2) probably could be brightened with a little effort.

@nour_hasan Ted Baker size 1 / US 4. However the size range is more like US 4 to US 8 bc of the style/elastic. I was closer to a 4 when I bought it (and in the picture), but still fits me after gaining some weight :).
