If this pan could talk, it would have a charming QVC hostess voice and a slightly scandalous past. This is a Technique enameled cast iron skillet — born in the early 2000s when everyone still had a landline and thought low-rise jeans were a good idea.    •   Creamy enameled interior (easy on the eyes and the cleanup)    •   Ribbed green base, because boring pans are for boring kitchens    •   Cast iron core = serious heft, serious heat retention    •   Two pour spouts for when you’re feeling ambidextrous    •   Marked: Technique, aka “QVC’s favorite child” for cookware Some honest scuffs on the bottom because life happens.
