Teardrop shape Lia Sophia necklace

Pretty ladies teardrop shape pendant with black nylon cord chain. Pendant has one large cut stone and eight smaller stone. Pendant hangs from a 3 strand nylon chain w/silver color chain fastner. Total length is 16", Pendant is 3" with bale. I think the marking on the back reads Lia Sophia.
