nell_berman @shortcutie1 I will check the material when i get home, but I honestly don't know. Given the brand, I'd guess yes, but I don't know with complete certainty... I looked up reviews of the brand's sizing & am going to try to add the screenshot of what came up to the photos for this item.

nell_berman @shortcutie1 gotcha; i'l try it on again when i check the material (I think it's cotton & loose for, but I haven't worn it in a while 😋 I should be able to tell you between 11 & 3 (all depending on how the day unfolds)🤷🏻‍♀️ 😉
