Teal ruffle front dress

Teal size 4 ruffle front dress purchased from Express for $98 originally. This dress would work well for a wedding or cocktail attire party. It comes with a belt. In great condition. Would pair beautifully with statement jewelry and some black heals! One of the loops in the right side to hold up the belt is missing but could easily be repaired or just remove them all together. Looks great with it without the belt.
