Teal prom dress

Gorgeous teal prom dress! Only wore once for a few hours and has been in a garment bag ever since. It's a waterfall dress with plenty of length in the back. I'm really looking to clear out my closet so I'm pretty negotiable with price! Size says 1/2 it fit me pretty well except the bust was way too big, I'm a B cup so a C could probably fit comfortably. I can provide my measurements if needed!
