Teal long too/short dress

Forever 21 small either long top with adjustable tie as shown in the picture. I wore it as a short dress, but would work well with jeans or leggings too. (As a reference I’m 5’4). Cut out flower details at the top. Very comfortable. Smoke free and pet free home. I’m open to all reasonable offers
