Teal long sleeve dress without low scooping back

This is a super unique sequence teal dress, I got it at a boutique in Miami. It's super light and not too short, perfect length. Has a fun semi low scooping back. It's a very flattering dress. This dress has never been worn, bought it about a year ago and can't find anything to wear it to :(
