Teal faded to blue, ruffle hem dress

This is a multi color teal and navy blue dress. It is more of a flowy fit, with the bottom hem being a ruffle and the sides flaring out a tad. The middle section hits right along the waistline with two lace “cutouts” that are see through. Below the waist attached is a slip underneath so the bottom half is not see through. This dress is best worn with a bandeau or cami underneath. This dress has never been worn.
