Teal evening gown. Prom dress or special occasions

This dress is stretchy, long, and elegant. It tightens around the ass and ruffles out at the thighs. Kind of like a mermaid dress. The ruffles are so pretty and perfectly even. I also love how this dress outlines my stomach
