Teal deep blue velvet dress

Dark teal velvet off the shoulder high/low dress. Only worn once, no flaws or stains. Front measures 29” and back measures 40”. Bust is 13” across, but it has a ton of stretch. Very comfortable, and fairly warm. Zipper closure in back.
