Teal and black light weight sweater

Teal green with light black/charcoal grey stripes with worn look (came that way). Its scoop neck and is shorter in front and longer in back and has a drop shoulder look so it gets tighter on your arms from elbow to wrist. There is a small hole on the back right on the seam of the collar. Could easily be fixed but I don’t know how to sew!
